Simply4fungaming is committed to protecting your privacy and earning your trust. We use the information on our site to enhance your overall experience. We will not share your information with other companies for their marketing purposes without your consent. 

A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. Payment in full will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time. A 50% deposit is required to hold a date, with the remaining balance to be paid by 14 DAYS before event.

A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, or in case of no-show.

A cancellation fee of $100 applies for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.

A cancellation fee of $25 applies for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance.

Simply4fungaming provides service in Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Macomb and  Monroe Counties, Michigan. Our general service area is a 35 mile radius from Southfield ,Michigan. We also service beyond 35 miles but we must charge a $25 fuel surcharge for every additional 10 miles.

Simly4fungaming  will arrive about 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time to allow quick set-up so we're prepared and ready on schedule. When we arrive, we will try to park

 in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Our truck and trailer combination is  long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to maneuver and park. Additionally we will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface. When set-up is complete we need to go over a some quick rules then we open the doors and let the fun begin.

An adult must be on the premises at all times during the gaming party.  

Simply4forfungaming or any of its affiliates will Not be responsible for any damaged property resulting from a request by our customers.  Additionally, we reserve the right to charge our customers  for damages to our Video Game Trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by customers guests. Simply4fungaming nor our affiliates assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on our customers property or their designated location. Liability for all damages or injuries  are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

During the party pictures will be taken inside and outside of the  Video Game Trailer for our Facebook, Instagram & Website. 

 Simply4funganming is equipped to accommodate just about all weather, with our heating and cooling climate controlled system. In the event of severe weather ( lighting, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rain or snow) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of everyone. If server weather threaten your event please contact us to reschedule .
